摘　　要：本文简要介绍了汽车刹车盘铸件的结构特点,以及近几年三乙胺冷芯盒树脂制作双面刹车盘风道芯子的优点和生产中常见的缺陷及解决方法。It has been expounded in details the advantages and solutions to common defects in production of sand core of air duct of duo type brake disk in automotive industries with TEA cold box resin-bonded sand, with brief introduction to the structure characteristics of automotive brake disk castings.
