摘  要:采用鞭系追踪和分层挖掘法对重庆梁平县篌竹鞭系和根系结构进行研究,结果表明:根据篌竹竹鞭的形态特征可以判断竹鞭的相对年龄;研究地竹林的竹鞭以4~6年的壮龄鞭为主,占竹鞭总量的65%;年龄结构呈中间粗两头细的橄榄型,结构比较合理;88%竹鞭分布在0~20 cm深的土层中;根系主要分布在0~20 cm土层和壮龄竹鞭上;壮芽和笋芽主要分布在壮龄的壮鞭上,弱芽主要分布在幼龄鞭上,老龄鞭上空节芽占到80%。因此在竹林培育管理中主要是管好0~20 cm土层,并做到培育新鞭,保护壮鞭,去除老鞭,促进长鞭发笋,提高产量。By the method of layered mining and tracked rhizome,the rhizome and root system structure of Phyllostachys nidularia Munro was studied.The results showed that: the relative age of rhizome was well estimated according to the morphological character of rhizome;65% of the rhizomes were healthy rhizomes from 4 to 6 years old,the structure of age of rhizome-root was reasonable;88% of the rhizomes distributed at the depth of 0-20 cm in the soil layer,the roots were mainly distributed at the depth of 0-40 cm in the soil layer and 3 to 6 years old rhizome.Healthy bud and winter shoot were mainly distributed at the healthy rhizomes and the weak bud were mainly distributed at the young rhizomes,80% of buds at the rhizomes from 3 to 6 years old were empty bud root;therefore,better managing the soil layer of 0-20 cm depth and nurturing new rhizome,protecting healthy rhizome,weeding out old rhizome were good for the growth of rhizome and yield of shoots.
