摘　　要：废旧橡胶在木质复合材料领域的应用,既有助于调控木质复合材料的粘弹性能,也有利于合理利用废弃橡胶资源。作者采用全因素方法,试验橡胶的颗粒粒径(15～20目,20～25目,25～30目)及混合比例(10%,20%,30%)对木材纤维/橡胶颗粒复合板材性能的影响。热压条件为:压力4 MPa,时间7 min,温度160℃。研究结果表明,橡胶颗粒的掺入降低了板材的力学性能,但能有效改善复合板材的耐水性和弹性。The application of used rubber in wood composites can not only adjust the viscoelasticity of the composites,but also promote the utilization of used rubber as a resource.In this paper,the influence of two factors,i.e.,particle size（15-20 mesh,20-25 mesh and 25-30 mesh） and weight content（10%,20% and 30%） of used rubber,on performances of wood-rubber composites（WRC） was analyzed.The panels were hot-pressed at 160℃ for 7min with a pressure of 4 MPa.The results showed that,while used rubber particles lowered the mechanical properties of WRC,it improved its dimensional stability and elasticity.
