摘 要:对砂光粉进行工业分析,测定其热值和灰熔点,并运用扫描电子显微镜对砂光粉压制成的颗粒状燃料进行微观组织观察。结果表明:砂光粉水分为6.4%,灰分2.97%,挥发分79.44%,固定碳11.19%;砂光粉热值为16 800 kJ/kg,成型后的砂光粉密度为1 158 kg/m3;砂光粉的含水率为30%利于颗粒成型。对砂光粉颗粒燃料的电镜观察表明,砂光粉成型后其微观组织致密均匀,孔隙大大减小。砂光粉成型燃料挥发分逸出速度与散状相比大大降低,延长了燃烧时间,提高了热效率。砂光粉的变形温度为1 366℃,软化温度1 392℃,半球温度1 425℃,流动温度1 430℃,为生物质燃烧炉的设计提供理论依据。In this study,calorific value and ash fusion temperature of sanding dust were tested.Microstructure of fuel pellet prepared from sanding dust was investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the contents of moisture,ash,volatile matter and fixed carbon in the sanding dust were 6.40%,2.97%,79.44% and 11.19%,respectively.The calorific value of sanding dust was 16 800 kJ/kg,and the density of the pellet was 1 158 kg/m3.The suitable moisture content of the sanding dust for pellet preparation was 30%.The SEM study showed dense and uniform microstructure of the pellet with decreased porosity.The emission rate of volatile compounds from the pellet was greatly decreased compared to that from the sanding dust.That means prolonged combustion time and higher thermal efficiency.The deformation temperature,softening temperature,hemispherical temperature and flowing temperature were 1 366℃,1 392℃,1 425℃ and 1 430℃,respectively,which laid a theoretical foundation for biomass boiler design.
