基于GIS的江苏省旅游舒适度精细化估算与评价

摘　　要：基于地理信息系统平台(ArcGIS),以江苏省1971～2008年气象站的气象常规观测资料为基础,结合数字高程模型(DEM),参照人体舒适度指数等级标准,对江苏省各地区实际地形下的旅游舒适度进行精细化估算与评价.结果表明:总体而言,江苏省的最佳旅游时间为3月下旬～6月上旬、9月中旬～11月上旬这两个时间段,其中5月,10月最舒适.季节上,春秋两季全省范围都很舒适,其中苏南、苏中地区最为舒适;夏季除江苏东部沿海地区、西南和西北丘陵地区相对舒适之外,其他地区普遍高温,不建议进行旅游活动;冬季全省范围寒冷干燥,舒适度指数低,不适宜旅游.就每个季节舒适情况来看,秋季>春季>夏季>冬季.Based on AreGIS and Jiangsu meteorological conventional observation data during 1971-2008, performed a fine estimation and evaluation of tourism comfort in Jiangsu Province, combining DEM and consulting human comfort level standard index. It turned out that： generally speaking, the best travelling time of Jiangsu Province is two time ranges, that are, from late March to early June and from mid-September to early November, among which May and October have the best comfort index. The entire province is quite comfortable during spring and autumn, and southern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu areas are the most comfortable areas. In summer, other areas are prevalently high temperature except for the coastal areas in central and the hilly ground in southwestern and northwestern areas, which are not wise to go on a journey. In winter, the entire province is cold and dry, and the comfort index is low, which is not suitable for travel. According to each season＇s comfort situation, the result is： autumn〉spring〉summer〉 winter.
