摘  要:采用Massart法制备了水基CoFe2O4离子型磁性液体。分别用XRD、TEM和VSM对样品进行测量与表征,计算得出磁性液体中纳米微粒平均粒径,利用TEM和VSM方法得出粒径分布。结果表明,磁性液体中微粒粒径平均在10nm左右,呈对数正态分布,基于XRD计算的平均粒径小于TEM平均粒径而大于VSM平均粒径。磁性液体中存在的块状、环状以及半环状预团聚体、微粒结晶程度及其表面非磁性层、TEM样本的选取等均会对测量结果产生影响。讨论了三种测量方法的优缺点和适用范围。Water-base CoFe2O4 ionic ferrofluids has been prepared by Massart method. The sample was measured and characterised by XRD, TEM and VSM respectively, and the mean diameter of nano-particles in ferrofluids were calculated according to the experimental results. The diameter distribution were acquired according to TEM and VSM results. The result showed that the diameter shows a lognormal distribution and the mean diameter is about 10nm. The mean diameter based on XRD was bigger than that based onVSM and smaller than that based on TEM. The analysis showed that the bulk, ring-like and half ring-like aggregation in ferrofluids, crystallization and non-magnetic surface layer in the particles, and the choice of TEM sample may affect the results. The advantage, disadvantage and scope of application of the three methods to determine the particle diameter of ferrofluids were discussed.
