摘  要:分别用气雾化和水雾化两种工艺制备铁硅合金粉末后制备磁粉心。通过对粉末的SEM观察和VSM分析,研究了原始合金粉末形貌和粒度对磁粉心性能的影响。实验结果表明,气雾化铁硅粉末呈球形,易于得到完整的包覆膜,损耗相对较低,且其磁化强度和直流叠加特性较好;水雾化铁硅粉末则具有较高的磁导率和良好的成型性;细粉制备的铁硅磁粉心具有较低的损耗和良好的直流叠加特性。FeSi powders were prepared by gas- and water-atomization, and corresponding powder cores were prepared, The influence of surface morphology and powder size on the properties of powder cores were investigated by SEM and VSM. The results showed that the appearance of gas-atomization powder is spherical, which can be coated adequately. So its core loss reduces while the magnetization intensity and the DC bias characteristic improves. Water-atomization FeSi powder owns high permeability because of the better compactibility. It also showed that cores prepared from finer powder has lower power loss and better DC bias performance.
