摘 要:目的为充分利用和开发藤梨根资源提供科学依据。方法以芦丁为对照品,用分光光度法测定藤梨根中总黄酮的含量。结果样品1中总黄酮的含量为6.99%,样品2中总黄酮的含量为8.96%,样品3中总黄酮的含量为1.27%。结论栽培藤梨根中总黄酮的含量大于野生品,在根中的总黄酮含量远大于地上茎中的含量,市场上藤梨根的地上茎与根同等入药之现状值得进一步商榷。Objective To provide a scientific basis for taking full advantage of resources and development of Radix Actinidiae chinensis.Methods With rutin as the reference substance,spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the total flavonoid content of Radix Actinidiae chinensis.Results The total flavonoid content was 6.99% in the samples 1,8.96% in the sample 2 and 1.27% in the sample 3,respectively.Conclusion The total flavonoid content in the cultivated Radix Actinidiae chinensis was more than that in the wild ones,which in the root is much greater than that in the stem above ground.The root and stem above ground of Radix Actinidiae chinensis are equally used in the Chinese medicine on the market,this current situation is worthy of being discussed further.
