摘  要:工程中应用较多的普通齿板主要有以下三种破坏形式:齿板拉断、齿拔出、木材剪坏。针对这三种破坏形式,对齿板进行了加压防止齿拔出、带肋提高齿板刚度两种改进措施,提出了带肋螺栓压接齿板的方案。依据我国现行《木结构设计规范》(GB 50005—2003)中齿板连接节点的实验要点,分别对普通齿板、螺栓压接齿板、带肋螺栓压接齿板的板齿极限承载力进行了测试。在试验的基础上,对数据进行了统计分析,并将三组齿板的承载力进行对比。并根据木结构设计规范中规定的方法,进一步计算得到了螺栓加压齿板与带肋螺栓加压齿板的各项承载力设计值。分析结果表明,螺栓加压这项改进使齿板连接节点承载力较普通齿板有明显提高,承载力的离散性在大多数情况有所降低,而加肋这项改进的效果并不是十分明显。改进后的齿板连接节点具有良好的延性和抗震性能。The ordinary metal plates are widely used in engineering. The main failure modes of this metal plates include fracture of metal plates, pulling out of teeth and shear failure of wood. Accoding to these three failure modes, we exerted pressure on the metal plates with bolts to prevent the pulling out of the teeth, and added stiffeners to the metal plates to raise its rigidity. The improved metal plates with bolts were pot forward. Based on the Test of Metal Plate Connected Joint in Code for design of timber structure ( GB 50005--2003 ), the test on the ultimate bearing capacity of teeth on ordinary metal plates, metal plates with bolts and metal plates with bolts and stiffeners connected joints were carried out. Furthermore, the design values of bearing capacity for this type metal plate were obtained according to the method of existing design code. On basis of the experiment, comparision of the data was performed. The analytical results indicate that the bearing capacity of the metal plates with bolt is much more higher than the ordinary metal plates and the dispersion of bearing capacity is much more lower in most situations. And the improvement of the bearing capacity of the medal plates strengthened by stiffener is not abvious. To sumup, this kind of new joints exhibit high ductility and good seismic performance.
