摘  要:通过对9个GFRP植筋胶合木试件的粘结性能试验,对植筋试件的破坏形态、破坏机理及粘结锚固性能进行了初步研究。试验结果表明:该类试件的破坏模式主要有拉拔端木材劈裂破坏、胶层剪切破坏和复合型破坏;当GFRP筋直径为16 mm,锚固长度为120 mm,180 mm,240 mm时,试件破坏荷载呈逐渐增大趋势,分别为49.50 kN,64.33 kN和84.87 kN,而粘结剪应力平均值逐渐降低;通过数据分析,发现粘结剪应力在靠近试验端10~30 mm范围内出现峰值,大小为均值的2~4倍;GFRP筋的有效粘结锚固长度约为锚固长度的1/2。研究表明,胶合木和GFRP植筋之间具有良好的粘结锚固性能,在木结构工程领域具有一定的应用前景;同时今后尚需开展更多试验研究和理论分析工作,以期为工程应用提供更多参考。The failure modes, failure mechanism and bond-anchorage behavior were presented in this paper, through the bond property experiment of 9 specimens between glued-in GFRP rods and glued laminated timber (glulam). The test results show that the mainly failure modes include timber splitting near the pull-out surface, bond shear failure of glue line and the mixed failure. As the anchorage length of GFRP rods varied from 120 mm, 180 mm, and 240 mm with diameter of 16 mm, the failure loads increased with the value of 49.5 kN, 64.33 kN, and 84.87 kN, respectively. While the bond shear stress decreased with the increasing of the anchorage length. By the data analysis, it is found that the peak value of the bond shear stress located at 10 30 mm from the pull-out surface, and this peak value was about 2 -4 times of the mean value. The effective bond anchorage length was about half of the anchorage length. The research shows that the bond-anchorage behavior between glulam and glued-in GFRP bars is good, and it shows a good prospect in the engineering application of timber structures. More experimental and analytical research work is still need so as to provide more reference for engineering applications.
