摘 要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在胎儿泌尿系畸形诊断中价值。方法对在笔者所在科行产前超声检查的11 458例胎儿中的36例泌尿系畸形产前超声诊断及最后结果进行分析。结果泌尿系畸形产前超声检出率为0.31%(36/11 458)。孕龄16~40周,平均(26.3±6.5)周。产前超声诊断准确率为88.9%(32/36)。9例引产后尸检,其中7例为致死性畸形伴无羊水或羊水量过少,2例为多发畸形。另27例产后随访预后良好。结论彩色多普勒超声是产前诊断胎儿泌尿系畸形的一种准确方法。Objective To explore the value of prenatal diagnosis of fetal renal tract anomalies by using color Dopple ultrasound. Methods A total of 11 458 fetus were performed on with systemic antenatal ultrasound. Among them the 36 fetuses with fetal renal tract anomalies were diagnosed by antenatal ultrasound and were evaluated. Results The incidence rate of renal tract anomalies detected by antenatal ultrasound was 0.31%(36/11 458). The gestation age was 26.3±6.5 weeks(ranged, 16-40 weeks). The accuracy of antenatal ultrasound diagnoses was 88.9% (32/36). Of a fetuses subjected induce abortion were examined by autopsy, 7 were fatal renal malformation complicated with oligohydramnios or without amniotic fluid, 2 were accompanied with defects of other systems. The other 27 fetuses with normal amniotic fluid were followed-up postnatally and had a promising outcome. Conclusions Prenatal color Doppler ultrasound is an accurate method in diagnosis of fetal renal tract anomalies.
