再论小城镇发展

摘　　要：本文指出集镇经济是农村经济发展的主攻方向 ,应借助财政政策为主体手段来启动集镇经济新发展 ;应重视培育小城镇的竞争优势 ,加强小城镇创新环境建设 ,增强其竞争能力 ;要通过启动小城镇房地产业的发展来刺激农村需求增长。This paper points out that the market town is the main direction of rural economy development.To start-up the development of market town by making use of financial policy,the government should take into account of cultivate its competition priority,strengthen the constructive of its creative environment and competitve capability.Moreover.also need to stimulate and increase the rural demands by the real estate in small town.
