石油特色专业学生职业生涯规划影响因素探析

摘　　要：文章通过文献研究、访谈和抽样调查等研究方式,分别从内部和外部剖析了石油特色专业学生职业生涯规划的影响因素,建立了石油特色专业学生职业生涯规划影响因素体系,并对石油特色专业学生职业规划的应对策略进行了探讨。Based on the literature research,interviews and sample surveys,the effect factors of career planning for the students of oil characteristic specialty are analyzed respectively from internal factors and external factors.On this basis,the effect factors system of career planning for the students of oil characteristic specialty is established.Then,the coping strategy of career planning for the students of oil characteristic specialty is discussed in the paper.
