摘　　要：鉴于无氟冰箱管路焊接技术在家电业中的特殊性、重要性,以及制冷剂泄漏带来的安全隐患,同时将企业因为焊接而引起的冰箱不制冷问题降低到较低水平,我们通过实验和分析总结了影响冰箱管路焊接质量的几个重要因素,以及焊接的几个主要过程、控制要点及常见焊接缺陷。In view of the special nature of the fluorine-free refrigerators pipeline welding technology in the home appliance industry,the importance of,and the refrigerant leak potential safety problems,and at the same time the refrigerator not cooling problems caused by welding to a lower level,we through experiments and analysis summarizes several important factors to affect the quality of the refrigerator pipeline welding,and welding several major process control points and common weld defects.
