摘　　要：阿卡波糖外观为白色粉末易溶于水,比旋度为167,pKa值为5.1。阿卡波糖的主要作用机制是其acarviosine中含有氮,可与a-糖苷酶上结合碳水化合物位点紧密相连,因此它可降低多糖及蔗糖分解成葡萄糖,使糖的吸收相应减缓,因此可具有降低血糖的作用。而文章在此基础上对阿卡波糖含量HPLC方法检测做出一番探讨。The appearance of acarbose as a white powder soluble in water,specific rotation 167,pKa of a value of 5.1.The main mechanism of acarbose acarviosine in containing nitrogen are closely linked with the combination of carbohydrate sites on the a-glucosidase,so it can reduce polysaccharide and sucrose into glucose,so that the absorption of sugar will consequently be reduced,so you can with lower blood sugar.On this basis,acarbose content of HPLC method for detection make some study.
