摘　　要：《中国统计年鉴(2011)》的数据显示,1978-2010年来,我国的农业受灾面积和成灾面积总体上呈现出降低趋势,尤其在应对洪涝灾害方面,成效显著;但是,农业成灾百分比(受灾面积除以成灾面积)不仅未被有效遏制,反而悄悄上升,其中,干旱引发农业灾害的成灾比上升突出。China Statistical Yearbook（2011） data show that the 1978-2010,China＇s agricultural disaster area disaster area in general showing a decreasing trend,especially in response to the floods,with remarkable results;However,agricultural disaster percentage（divided by the affected area a disaster area） not only has not been effectively curbed,but quietly rising,in which drought-induced agricultural disasters disaster outstanding increased.
