摘　　要：根据河北省城市污水垃圾处理市场化的现状,就其收费模式、资金来源及资金使用的监管,以及财税政策等方面存在的问题作了较为具体的分析,进而提出了如何改进收费办法、拓宽资金渠道、增强资金使用效益、改进财政税收政策等一系列财政经济措施。Based on the eurrent situation of the market-oriented urban sewage and garbage treatment in Hebei Provinee, this paper makes a specific analysis of the problems existing in respect of its subscripition ,model, sourees of funding and supervision of Ihe use of funds, as well as fiscal policy, then presents a series of financial and economic measures on how to improve the toll way, to broaden the funding channels, to enhance the efficiency in the use of funds and to improve the finaneial and tax policy.
