摘　　要：目的:探讨中医学对"肺毒"的认识。方法:依据中医学理论体系,研究"肺毒"与病因的相关性、"肺毒"与肺脏生理病理功能的相关性、"肺毒"致病的一般性和特殊性,从整体层面认识并指导肺系病的诊疗。结果:"肺毒"形成病因主要有六淫、内伤、吸烟等;"肺毒"致病特征主要包括伏藏性、依附性、从化性、正损性、顽恶性;治疗方法主要有调气、解毒、扶正。结论:"肺毒"学说的构筑将为脏腑毒理论的建立提供理论模板,可为肺系难治性疾病的诊疗提供新的思路和理论依据,或为肺系病新药开发或诊疗方法优化提供理论借鉴。Objective：To explore the understanding and treatment methods of Chinese medicine for lung toxicity. Methods：According to the theoretical system of Chinese medicine, the correlation of lung toxicity and etiology and the correlation of lung toxicity and lung physiological and pathological functions were studied and the pathogenic generality and particularity of lung toxicity was studied to understand and guide the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases from the overall level. Results ：The formation mechanism of the lung toxicity mainly included six climatic pathogenic factors ,internal injuries and smoking;the pathogenic characteristics of lung toxicity included obscure ,dependent,transforming, consuming and obstinate properties;the treatment methods were regulating qi, removing toxins and strengthening body resistance. Conclusion ：The building of the lung toxicity doctrine will provide theoretical template for the establishment of the viscera poison theory system, which can provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of intractable diseases of the pulmonary system, or provide a theoretical reference for the new drug development or optimization of treatment methods of diseases of the pulmonary system.
