从2011年《中国医学文摘-中医》摘录基金论文量分析中医临床各科发展现状

摘　　要：目的:通过对2011年《中国医学文摘-中医》全年收录文章中基金文章的统计结果进行分析,准确把握中医药各科研究重点,为中医药信息学的临床应用提供参考。方法:使用文献分析法,结合《中国医学文摘-中医》各栏目的具体收录情况,对2011年收录的1 348篇基金文章进行分析。结果:基金文章比超过50%的栏目有10个:心脏血管疾病、消化系及腹部疾病、创伤感染、骨伤科、肿瘤科、神经精神科、针灸针麻、按摩及其他疗法、中药学、方剂学。划分为5类级别后,1类基金文章为276篇,占全部基金文章的20.48%,其中1类基金文章比超过30%的栏目有结核病、中药学、医史、历代医家论述、基础理论、造血系及淋巴疾病、方剂学。结论:在中医药临床应用各领域中,基金资助力度不均衡。中医学作为一门全科医学,应该在各个领域争取基金支持,做到全面发展。Objective： By analysing the statistical results of the funded articles included in ＂China Medical Abstracts-Traditional Chinese Medicine＂ in 2011, the research priorities of the various fields of Chinese medicine can be grasped accurately, which provides a reference for clinical applications of traditional Chinese medicine information science. Methods ： 1 348 funded articles included in ＂China Medical Abstracts-Traditional Chinese Medicine＂ in 2011 were analyzed by using literature analysis combined with the condition of arti- cles included in each column. Results：The results showed that there were 10 columns,the Cardiovascular Diseases, Digestive diseases, Trauma and Infection, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Oncology, Neuropsychiatry, Acupuncture and Moxibustion, and Acupuncture Anes- thesia,Massage and Other Therapies, Chinese Materia Madica, Formulas in which the funded articles were over 50%. After the fund types were divided into 5 levels,there were 276 pieces of articles in Class I,accounting for 20.48% of the total funded articles. And the proportion of the funded articles in Class I was over 30% in seven columns （ Tuberculosis, Chinese Materia Madica, History of Traditional Chinese Medicine Works of Ancient Medical Scholars, Basic Theories, Hematologic and Lymphaic Diseases and Recipe）. Conclusion：The fund supports is uneven in various fields of clinical application of TCM. As a comprehensive medical science, TCM should make every effort to seek funds for support in various fields, so as to achieve comprehensive development.
