加味消渴康对糖尿病肾病大鼠丝裂原活化蛋白激酶P38及转化生长因子-β1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味消渴康对糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠肾组织丝裂原活化蛋白激酶P38(P38MAPK)及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响。方法:采用单侧肾切除加链脲佐菌素诱导的DN模型,分为正常组、模型组、中药组和西药组。中药组予加味消渴康灌胃,西药组予氯沙坦灌胃,正常组及模型组每日灌服等量蒸馏水,共灌胃12周。各组大鼠于第12周末处死取出肾脏,观察肾组织病理学改变以及P38MAPK和TGF-β1的表达。结果:加味消渴康对DN大鼠肾组织病理损伤有较好的改善作用,并能降低肾组织P38MAPK及TGF-β1的表达。结论:加味消渴康对DN有一定的治疗作用。Objective：To investigate the influence of Jiawei Xiaokekang on expressions of P38MAPK （mitogen-activated protein kinase P38 ） and TGF-β1 （ transforming growth factor β1 ） in the renal tissues of diabetic nephropathy （DN） rats. Methods ： The unilateral nephreetomy plus streptozotocin induced DN models were divided into normal group, model group, Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. Chinese medicine group was given intragastrie administration of Jiawei Xiaokekang Kang. Western medicine group was given losartan for oral administration. The normal group and model group were orally fed with distilled water daily with duration of 12 weeks＇ gavage. Rats in each group were sacrificed at the 12th week to remove the kidneys. Renal histopathologieal changes and expressions of P38MAPK （mitogen-aetivated protein kinase P38） and of TGF- β1 （ transforming growth factor β1 ） were observed. Results： Jiawei Xiaokekang could better improve the pathological injuries of kidney tissues of DN rats, and reduce the expression of kidney tissue, P38MAPK and TGF-β1. Conclusion ：Jiawei Xiaokekang has a certain therapeutic effect on the DN rats.
