摘　　要：目的:总结近年来通脉丸中毒性药材的毒性研究及配伍减毒研究进展,为通脉丸的进一步研究提供依据。方法:查阅近年来通脉丸中毒性药材的毒性研究及配伍减毒研究的相关文献,并对其进行归纳、分析和总结。结果:现代研究对通脉丸处方中的毒性中药两头尖、马钱子、附子和洋金花四味,都有一定的认识。结论:目前中药配伍减毒研究已经取得了一定的进展,但是研究不够,需要从不同角度来阐述中药配伍减毒的机理。Objective ：To review the recent research advance of toxicity and detoxicity by compatibility of poisonous traditional Chinese medicine in Tongmai pills, provide the basis for the further study. Methods：Review the recent research advance of toxicity and detoxicity by compatibility of poisonous traditional Chinese medicine in Tongmai pills, and carry on the summary, analysis and summary. Results ： The study on toxicity and detoxicity by compatibility has made progress. Conclusion ：The study on detoxicity by compatibility has made some progress,but we should expound Attenuation mechanism of detoxicity by compatibility at a different angle.
