首乌山楂降脂丸治疗高脂血症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨首乌山楂降脂丸治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取高脂血症患者140例,按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组72例运用首乌山楂降脂丸(方药组成:山楂30 g,何首乌18 g,黄精18 g,三七(粉)9 g,决明子18 g,泽泻12 g,白术15 g,茯苓15 g,莱菔子15 g,神曲15 g,枸杞子15 g,瓜蒌15 g,丹参18 g,半夏12 g,白芍15 g,荷叶10 g,甘草6 g)治疗,对照组68例采用非诺贝特片治疗。2个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为97.22%,对照组有效率为72.56%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:首乌山楂降脂丸具有补益肝肾、健脾祛湿、化痰祛瘀之功效,治疗高脂血症疗效显著。Objective ：To discuss the clinical curative effects of Shouwu Shanzha Jiangzhi Pill in treating hyperlipidemia. Methods： 140 cases of hyperlipidemia patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method. The treatment group （72 cases） was treated by Shouwu Shanzha Jiangzhi Pill, the control group （68 cases） was treated by western medicine, and two months were one course of treatment. Results ：The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 97.22% and 72.56% respectively. Comparing two groups,there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Shouwu Shanzha Jiangzhi Pill has the effects of tonifying liver and kidney, strengthening spleen and removing dampness, resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis, and has great curative effects in treating hyperlipidemia.
