二黄去脂汤治疗痰瘀内阻证非酒精性脂肪肝临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨二黄去脂汤治疗痰瘀内阻证非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将80例痰瘀内阻证非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组给予东宝肝泰片,每天3次,每次4片;治疗组给予二黄去脂汤(方药组成:姜黄15 g,酒大黄12 g,茯苓15 g,泽泻15 g,枳壳12 g,郁金15 g,丹参30 g,三七粉10 g,生山楂30 g,何首乌20 g,决明子20 g)治疗,每天1剂,水煎服。两组治疗期间均低盐低脂饮食,戒烟限酒,适当体育锻炼。3个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为80.00%,两组比较:χ2=4.114,P=0.043<0.05,有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论:二黄去脂汤治疗痰瘀内阻证非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Erhuang Quzhi Decoction in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of internal stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. Methods ： 80 cases of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of internal stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with each of 40 eases. The control group was given Dongbao Gantai Tablet, three times per day with once of four tablets ; the treatment group was given Erhuang Quzhi Decoction （composition：Curcuma longa 15 g, wine-treated rhubarb 12 g, Wolfipofia cocos 15 g, Fructus Aurantiil2 g, Curcuma wenyujin 15 g,Slauia mihiorrhiza Bunge 30 g Panax Notoginseng 10 g, Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge var 30 g, Polygonum muhiflorum Thunb 20 g, Cassia obtusifolia 20 g）, one dosage one day with water decocting. Patients of two groups were all taken low salt and low fat diet, made quit smoking, control wine, and properly physical exercise. Three months were one course of treatment. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%, the control group was 80.00%, comparing two groups ：X^2 = 4.114, P = 0. 043 〈 0.05, there was significant difference, and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion： Erhuang Quzhi Decoction has remarkable curative effect in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of internal stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.
