摘　　要：目的:探讨前列安颗粒治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例采用前列安颗粒,对照组40例采用前列康片,观察治疗前后患者慢性前列腺炎症状指数的变化情况,并评价疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为90%;对照组有效率为70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组在治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论:前列安颗粒对慢性前列腺炎有良好的阶段性治疗效果。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficiency of Qianliean granule in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods：80 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was given by Qianliean granule and the control group was treated with Qianliekang chips. Patients with chronic prostate gland i^dlammation symptoms index changes were observed before and after treatment and curative effects were evaluated. Results. The effective of the treat- ment group was 90%, the effective of the control group was 70%, the comparlsion between two groups showed the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.01 ）. There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups of patients in the treatment process. Conclusion：Qianlie-an granule has good periodice treatment effect in treating chronic prostatitis.
