巳时针刺治疗中风合并肩手综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨巳时针刺对中风合并肩手综合征的临床疗效和血流变指标的影响。方法:观察组在辰巳时(900-1100)针刺,操作采用直径为0.35 mm,长25～75 mm毫针,双侧肢体均刺,依据补脾活血原则。对照组针刺时间不定或患者随到随针,方法同观察组,两组均治疗4周为1个疗程,疗程间隔7 d,治疗2个疗程后进行疗效统计及生化指标检测。结果:两组临床疗效比较,观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);血液流变学各指标,观察组治疗前后对比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗后比较,也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:择时针刺,采用补脾活血法对中风合并肩手综合征有良好的康复治疗作用。Objective ：To discuss the clinical curative effects of acupuncture treatment at Sishi （9 ： 00 am - 11 ： 00 am） for treating apoplexy combined with shoulder - hand syndrome patients and the impact of blood hemorbeology index. Methods ： The observation group was given acupuncture therapy in Chensishi （9 ： 00 am - 11 ：00 am）, diameter of acupuncture needle was 0.35 nm with the length of 25 -75 nm. Bilateral limbs were all stabbed according to the principle of supplementing spleen and activating blood. For the control group ,the acupuncture time was not certain,it was made at any time when patients came; acupuncture method of this group was the same as the observation group. 4 weeks were one course of treatment for both groups with the interval time of 7 d between groups. Cura- tive effects statistic and biochemical criterion detection were analyzed after two courses of treatment. Results ： Comparing clinical curative effects between two groups, the observation group was superior to the control group（ P 〈 O. 05 ） ;Comparing all indexes of blood hemorbe- ology before and after treatment of the observation, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Comparing the observation group and the control group after treatment,there also was obvious difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture in chosen time by using sup- plementing spleen and activating blood has better rehabilitation effects on the treatment of apoplexy combined with shoulder - hand syn-drome.
