小针刀配合中药熏洗治疗跖管综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨小针刀配合中药熏洗治疗跖管综合征的临床疗效。方法:将80例跖管综合征患者随机分为两组;治疗组40例采用小针刀配合中药熏洗治疗;对照组40例进行封闭治疗,疗程结束后进行疗效分析。结果:治疗组优良率为77.5%,对照组疗效优良率为62.5%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀配合中药熏洗治疗跖管综合征具有简便验廉的特点,较单纯西医疗法有较强优势。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effects of applying small needle-kinfe combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing to treat metatarsal tunnel syndrome. Methods ：80cases of metatarsal tunnel syndrome patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （40 cases） was treated by small needle-kinfe combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing, and the control group （40 cases） was given closed treatment, then analyzing and comparing their curative effects after the end of treatment course. Results： The excellent and good rate in the treatment group was 77.5%, the control group was 62. 5% ,comparison between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Small needle-kinfe combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing has the characteristics of simple, convenient inspected and inexpensive in treating metatarsal tunnel syndrome, and has stronger advantage than the pure western medicine therapy.
