ICP-MS Determination of Platinum,Palladium and Rhodium in Vehicle-Use Catalyst with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

摘  要:提出了电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定车用催化剂中铂、钯和铑的含量。样品0.100 0g经盐酸6mL、硝酸3mL、氢氟酸1mL和水4mL消解,选择195Pt、105Pd和103 Rh为待测同位素。铂、钯和铑的检出限(3σ)分别为0.003,0.5,0.002μg·L-1。方法用于5种催化剂样品的分析,测定结果与另两家实验室测定结果相一致。铂、钯和铑的回收率在85.5%~101%之间。Sample of vehicle-use catalysts was digested with a mixture of 6 mL HCl, 3 mL HNOa, 1 mL HF and 4 mL H2O, and an aliquot of the sample solution was taken for ICP-MS determination of Pt, Pd and Rh. 19sPt, 105Pd and 103Rh were used as measuring elements. Values of detection limit (3a) of Pt, Pd and Rh found were 0. 003, 0. 5, 0. 002μg L-1 respectively. The proposed method was used in the analysis of 5 catalyst samples, the results obtained were in conformity with those obtained by 2 other labs. Values of recovery were found in the range of 85.5%-101%.
