摘　　要：分析了量杯式灌装机的工作原理,设计了灌装机的机械结构,研制了量杯式灌装机的样机,连续进行了10 000瓶灌装实验,实验结果表明,该机计量准确,各项性能指标都达到了设计要求。Analysis of the measuring cup type filling machine＇s working principle, design of the filling machine mechanical structure, developed a measuring cup type filling machine prototype, a series of 10 000 bottle filling experiment, the experimental results show that, the machine of accurate measurement. Various performance indicators have reached the design requirements.
