摘 要:以华能杨柳青电厂8号300MW单元机组为例,针对其锅炉燃烧效率较低,燃烧控制系统逻辑及其相关参数随着机组的长期运行已不能很好的满足控制要求等诸多问题,对8号单元机组燃烧控制逻辑及其参数进行了优化,增加了煤质校正回路,并对烟气含氧量测量、等离子点火技术、磨煤机就地控制等相关设备进行了改进。8号机组在投入协调控制方式运行后的结果表明,通过对燃烧控制系统中控制逻辑和现场设备的优化改进,机组燃烧效率以及机组主要运行参数都达到了令人满意的水平;而且通过对此次优化改进,也取得了减少机组污染物排放的效果。This passage will take the No. 8 300MW unit plant of Huaneng Yangliuqing Power Plant as example. Its combustion efficiency is not satisfactory; and with the continual operation of the unit plant, the logic and its related parameters of the combustion control system are not able to meet the control demand. According to these problems, the logic and its related parameters of the combustion control system have been optimized and the coal correction logic has been added. Moreover, it is necessary to improve the technology of some locale equipments, including the measurement of the oxygen quantity in the flue gas, the igniting process of plasma, the locale control of the mills and so on. After this optimization and improvement, No. 8 unit has been put into operation in the coordination mode and the results show that the combustion efficiency and the main operation parameters of the unit plant have gotten the better level. In addition, it is effective to reduce the emission of the gas pollution.
