摘　　要：本文对近年来国内有关农业企业绩效的研究进行了综述,结论认为:当前,中国农业企业绩效偏低;在金融、土地、引进技术和带动农户等方面,政府实施扶持农业企业的相关政策取得了良好绩效,但财政补贴和税收优惠等扶持政策对企业的综合绩效、环境绩效等具有负面效应;企业股权结构和企业经营战略等因素对农业企业绩效产生了不同程度的影响。提高农业企业绩效,不仅需要进一步优化相关扶持政策,而且还需要在企业股权结构、公司治理、企业经营战略以及绩效产生机理等方面作进一步研究。This paper reviews the literature of the performance of the domestic agricultural enterprises in recent years,and concludes that： At present,China＇s agricultural enterprises performance is low;In finance,land,businesses,the introduction of technology,driving farmers and other aspects,the government implemented relevant policies to support agricultural enterprises to obtain a good performance,but the financial subsidies,tax concessions and other support policies produced a negative effect on the enterprise performance and environmental performance,etc.ownership structure,corporate governance,corporate responsibility and business strategy factors,which has had the varying degrees impact of performance of agricultural enterprises.Improving the performance of agricultural enterprises,not only need to further optimize the relevant government support policies to improve the enabling policy performance,but also need to do further research in corporate ownership structure,corporate governance,business strategy,entrepreneurship,corporate capacity and performance to produce mechanism.
