摘　　要：目的了解上海市徐汇区离退休女教师盆底功能障碍患病情况,探讨其影响因素。方法对968名在妇科门诊体检的离退休女教师进行问卷调查和体格检查,收集临床资料进行统计分析。结果离退休女教师尿失禁发病率45.8%,阴道或子宫脱垂发病率8.5%。年龄、BMI、子宫阴道脱垂、合并症、慢性腹压增加情况、生产子女数、剖宫产史、最大胎儿体重与尿失禁的发生有关。年龄、子宫阴道脱垂、肥胖、糖尿病是尿失禁的危险因素,剖宫产史是尿失禁的保护因素。结论尿失禁在离退休女教师中发病率较高,并对生活质量产生较大影响,应引起足够的重视,早期发现和干预对女性健康十分重要。【Objective】To investigate the epidemiology of pelvic floor dysfunction in retired female teachers of Shanghai Xuhui district and to assess the relative factors.【Methods】 A total of 968 female retired teachers who live in Shanghai Xuhui district were analyzed using the questionnaire and physical examination in the outpatient department.Data were analyzed using chi-square test,and logistic regression where appropriate.We used multivariable logistic regression to examine associations between pelvic floor dysfunction and the possible risk factors,especially urinary incontinence.【Resluts】The prevalence of urine incontinence was 45.8%,and the prevalence of uterine and（or） vaginal vault prolapse was 8.5%.Age,BMI,complications,Chronic increased abdominal pressure,number of children and maximum fetal weight were associated with urine incontinence of the retired female population.Age,obesity,diabetes mellitus,uterine and（or） vaginal vault prolapse are risk factors for urinary incontinence,however,cesarean is the protective factor.【Conclusion】The prevalence of urinary incontinence was unexpectedly higher in the retired female population than that found in common population,which seriously affect their quality of life.Sufficient attention should be paid to early identification,diagnosis,and early intervention.Our study provided evidences for prevention and control of pelvic floor dysfunction as well as that for protection of female health.
