玉屏风颗粒对小鼠实验性哮喘体内Thl/Th2细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨玉屏风颗粒对小鼠实验性哮喘的预防作用及其机制。方法应用玉屏风散对哮喘小鼠进行干预,之后,用OVA致敏、激发方法建立小鼠哮喘模型。ELISA法检测各组小鼠肺组织、血清中的IL-4/IL-5和IFN-γ含量。结果与正常对照组相比,哮喘组小鼠肺组织、血清中IL-4/IL-5水平明显升高(P<0.01),玉屏风颗粒则能够降低哮喘小鼠肺组织、血清中IL-4/IL-5水平(P<0.01 vs哮喘组);与正常对照组相比,哮喘组小鼠肺组织、血清中IFN-γ水平明显降低(P<0.01),玉屏风颗粒则能够提高哮喘小鼠肺组织、血清中IFN-γ水平(P<0.01 vs哮喘组)。结论玉屏风颗粒能够纠正小鼠实验性哮喘Thl/Th2细胞因子失衡。【Objective】 To observe the effect of Yu-Ping-Feng Recipe(YPFR)on the cytokine of Thl/Th2 in asthmatic mice.【Methods】24 mice were divided into 3 groups: control,asthma and YPFR.The asthma group were treated with YPFR,and the others were treated with distilled water.Then,the asthmatic models were established by sensitization and challenge with ovalbumin(OVA).At last,detecting the concentration of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-5 in the serum or lung tissue.【Resluts】 Comparing with the control group,the concentration of IL-4/IL-5 in the asthmatic group was increased significantly(P<0.01),and it was decreased when treated with YPFR(P<0.01,the asthmatic group VS the YPFR group).Comparing with the control group,the concentration of IFN-γ in the asthmatic group was decreased significantly(P<0.01),and it was increased when treated with YPFR(P<0.01,the asthmatic group VS the YPFR group).【Conclusion】The experiment data suggest that YPFR preventing the pathologic changes of asthma mice,and the mechanism is related to the balance of IL-5/IFN-γ.
