摘　　要：通过对比中俄两国储罐涂层技术标准,从储罐防腐层检查周期、储罐涂层设计寿命、储罐外表面防腐涂层的涂料技术条件、储罐内表面的防腐涂层、表面处理、涂装质量检验要求、消除防腐涂层缺陷等方面,分析了两国标准要求差异。最后,提出修订GB50393-2008时应增加完工后涂层的附着力检测方法;增加涂层缺陷的修复方法,并对整个绝缘涂层表面进行漏点检测等建议。In this paper, the comparative analysis of technological standards of anticorrosive coating for the steel petroleum tank were carried out in respect of inspection period of storage tank coating, design life for coating, technical condition of external coating for steel tank, internal coating for steel tank, surface preparation of tank, inspection and testing for coating application, elimination of coating defect. Finally, it suggests that adhesion test for coating and repair for coating defect should be added to GB50393-2008, and the entire coated surface of tank should be inspected with a holiday detector.
