摘　　要：目前理论界和民法界对现代社会身份制度不存在争议,而对人身关系法应调整哪些身份关系,尚未形成共识。本文从身份及身份关系的流变史的研究中,寻找身份制度从古代到近现代的确立、发展及其形态变化;提出了现代身份和身份关系保护的基本价值,为未来人身关系法调整什么样身份关系提供参考意见。Modem personal relationship adjustment law is not controversial in academic circle and civil law academia, but there has been still controversy in which personal relationships personal relationship law should adjust, the article looks for establishment, development and change shape of identity system from ancient to modem from the study of the history of identity and personal relationship ; put forward their basic val- ue, and provide the reference for adjusting what personal relationships in future personal relationship law.
