摘　　要：阐述了全棉高密防羽布染整工艺 ,着重探讨了其前处理工艺 ,丝光采用直辊丝光机 ,做到浸碱浓、时间足、去碱净 ,丝光后钡值大于 145 ,布面 p H值为 7～ 8。染色时应防止“环染”及染皱 ,染色后充分水洗 ,以去除布面污色。最后进行树脂整理 ,以产生免烫效果。Dyeing and finishing process for all cotton high-density down-proofs is studied. In pretreatment, mercerization is particularly discussed. With chainless padless mercerizing range, it features concentrated impregnated alkali, abundant time, clean alkali recuperated, barium number after treatment over 145 as well as pH value on face 7~8. Ring dyeing and crease should be prevented during dyeing. Sufficient rinsing to remove loose color and resin treatment are needed to gain easy care effect.
