摘　　要：＂清真＂是穆斯林文化中国化的表现形式,＂清真产业＂则是＂清真＂文化在物质层面上的子系统之一,凡是以＂清真为魂,产业为体＂原则而生成与发展的产业体系,均具有清真产业的属性。确立大＂清真产业＂范畴,对于深化中阿合作,共创新的辉煌,具有划时代的重大意义。＂Halal＂ is the manifestation of Muslim culture with Chinese characters while halal industry is one of the subsystems of ＂Islamic＂ culture on the material level.Any industry formed and developed with ＂Halal as the soul and industry as the body＂ have the attributes of Halal industry.Therefore,establishing the mass category of Halal industry has no doubt an epoch-making significance in deepening China-Arab cooperation and creating new glories.
