摘　　要：伴随着社会的发展与变革,我国法制建设已步入了现代化发展的道路。作为法制建设重要组成部分的民族法制建设,同样面临着一个现代化发展的问题。由于民族法制建设具有自身的特殊属性,其现代化程度如何,不仅直接制约着整个国家法制建设的现代化进程,而且直接关系到民族地区政治、经济、文化以及社会的发展与进步。With the development of the society and reform, China＇s legal construction already stepped in the road of modernization development. As an important part of the construction of legal system, the national legal system construction also faces the problem of modem development. Because of the national legal system construction has its own attribute, the degree of its modernization not only restricts the whole modernization of the country＇s legal system construction directly, but also related to the development and progress of economy, culture and society in ethnic areas.
