摘　　要：涤棉织物分散 /活性染料同浆印花的工艺重点 ,一是前处理中要进行丝光 ;二是印花原浆采用半乳化浆 ,染料选用耐碱型分散染料和稳定性好、对涤纶沾污小的活性染料 ,色浆中尿素用量控制在 7% ;三是水洗中加清洗剂处理。The combination printing emphasizes mercerizing of the fabric in pretreatment and choice of semi_emulsified stock thickener. In addition, alkali_resistant disperse and stable and less staining reactive dyes are selected, with urea dose in the color paste controlled at 7%, and cleaning agent added to the washing bath.
