摘　　要：《律师法》的修订,顺应了司法行政改革和律师管理体制创新的大背景。"两结合"管理体制促进了律师管理体制的转变,但存在不少问题。弱化行政权力,扩大律协职权,提高律师执业地位,逐步实现律师行业自治,需从律师管理体制改革做理论分析,探索地方律师管理创新。The amendment to ＂Lawyers＇ Law＂ conforms to the context of the reform of the administration of justice and the innovation of lawyer management system. The ＂ Two Combinations＂ management system promotes the change of lawyer management system, but there still exist many problems. In order to weaken the administrative pow- ers, expand the authority of Lawyers Association, improve the status of lawyer, and progressively realize lawyer trade autonomy, we should make a theoretical analysis on the reform of lawyer management system and explore the innova- tion of local lawyer management.
