摘　　要：分析产业链组织效率及其影响因素有利于打造高效率的产业链组织机制,从而实现产业链整体利益的最大化,提高产业链参与主体的利益。产业链组织效率的影响因素主要有产业链各环节主体自身因素:影响产业链各环节主体行为和整个产业链发展的社会因素。Analyzing the organization efficiency of industry chain and its affecting factors will help to forge an efficient organization mechanism of industry chain to achieve the industry chain＇s best overall interest and improve the benefit of these participants. The affecting factors of organization efficiency of the industry chain mainly lies in the enterprise itself and the social factors, which have influence on the participants＂ behavior of the industry chain and the development of the whole industry.
