桑枝水提物对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：本文调查了桑枝水提物对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明,桑枝水提物能够显著提高正常小鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数,促进免疫器官发育;提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,增强免疫机能;提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化率,增强细胞免疫能力;提高小鼠血溶素含量和溶血空斑,增强体液免疫能力。说明桑枝水提物对正常小鼠具有较好的免疫增强作用。Effects of the water extract from Ramulus mori on immunologic functions of normal mouse were studied in the paper.The results showed that the water extract from Ramulus mori could significantly improve the index of thymus and spleen,boost the immune organ development;improve the phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages,enhance immune function;promote lymphocyte transformation rate,enhance cellular immunity;advance the formation of serum hemolysin content and quantity of hemolytic plaque,enhance humoral immunity.It is concluded that the water extract from Ramulus mori have good enhancement on immunoregulation function of normal mouse.
