摘　　要：清末民初,安徽处于依赖外资而建的全国路网的边缘。安徽境内的华资筑路起步虽晚,但是,建筑成绩颇佳,而且华资银行逐渐成为投资主体。江南铁路、京赣铁路筹建,较为充分地展现了华资银行对铁路投资与放款的发展历程,并呈现较鲜明的特点。At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Anhui was on the edge of dependent on foreign capital to build the national road network. In Anhui Province, The Chinese banks＇ foundation on road construction started late, however, construction resuits is quite good, as well as Chinese banks gradually became investment subjects. The construction of Jiangnan Railway and Beijing -Jiangxi Railway fully demonstrated the development of Chinese bank＇ s investment and loan on the railway, which present more distinctive features.
