中国地区船舶工业技术效率差异及其变动趋势分析——基于Malmquist生产率指数

摘　　要：本文以3项投入（固定资产、船舶主要建造设施量、年平均从业人数）及2项产出（工业总产值、修正总吨）研究中国各省份船舶工业绩效表现，以2007～2009年各省船舶工业为研究对象，利用SuperSBM模型进行超效率实证分析，通过Mahnquist生产力指数研究各省船舶工业绩效变动趋势。研究结果发现：2007—2008年各省份生产力指数变化的主要原因是受技术效率变化的影响较大；而在2008—2009年生产力指数变化的主要原因是受技术变化的影响较大。在生产力指数分析上，整体来说，2007～2009年我国各省份船舶工业的全要素生产率呈现下滑趋势，其主要原因是由技术及效率变化交互影响带来的。This study used three inputs and two outputs to investigate the performance of shipbuilding industry in China. It tried to adopt the data of province - listed shipbuilding companies from 2007 to 2009, and used the super efficient empirical analysis in Super SBM model. Then, the productivity change in Malmquist index was going to be discussed. The finding was as following： In 2007 and 2008, production inefficiencies in these provinces were greatly influenced by the technical change. In 2008 and 2009, production ineitlciencies were greatly influenced by the pure technical efficiency change. On the whole, 2007 - 2009 Chlna＇s shipbuilding industry had a downward trend in total factor productivity by productivity index analysis.
