摘　　要：作为一种新的分工形式,产品内分工为资源更为灵活、有效的配置提供了更好的方式。在产品内分工和产业转移的经济发展背景下,构建国内价值链为我国产业结构升级和国内区域经济协调发展提供了新的支撑。国内价值链的构建将成为我国产业发展的基础条件,有助于形成产品内、多元化区域分工体系,加快我国产业结构升级。As a new form of labor division, intra- product specialization is a better way of flexible and effective resources alloca- tion. Under the background of intra - product specialization and industrial transfer in the economic development, constructing the value chain in domestic provides new support for the upgrading of industrial structure and the regional economy coordinated development in our country. The construction of domestic value chain will become the industry development of our country＇s basic condition. It is good for ereating a intraproduct, diversified regional division of labor system and accelerating of China＇s industrial structure upgrading.
