摘　　要：20世纪以来,全球化、信息化浪潮席卷世界,一种全新的制造组织方式———全球制造网络发展起来。全球制造网络的本质在于发达国家的国际旗舰企业利用在全球制造网络中的主导地位,抢滩海外市场,对发展中国家和地区的劳动力、资源等采取各种形式的"经济剥削"。本文从分析全球制造网络负面效应入手,探讨中国先进轨道交通装备制造业存在的问题,从技术、结构和市场战略3个方面提出适合中国国情的先进轨道交通装备制造业发展战略。As the globalization and information wave sweeping the world since the 20th century, a new manufacturing organization--- the global manufacturing network has been developing, the essence of the global manufacturing network is that the international flagship en- terprises of developed counlxies use their dominant position in the global manufacturing network to seize the overseas market, take various forms of ＂economic exploitation＂ to the labor and resources of developing ceuntries and regions. This paper marts by analyzing the negative effects of the global rnanufaemrlng network, dise~ problems of Chinese advanced raft transportation equipment manufacturing industry, proposes development strategy which suited to national conditions of Chinese advanced rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry. There are three main strategies fi＇om different aspects. Firstly, from the angle of technology, we suggest that rail transportation equipment mannfaetufi~ industry need to build independent innovation system. Secondly, from the aspect of industrial orgarfization, establish the in- dependent modem mannfacttaJng service indtmtry, such oz the sepm＇ation d repair service department based on information and network technology, that is the devdopment direction for modem manufacturing industry. Finally, from the international vision, put forward to en- hance the enterprise internatio.alization management ability and strength, which is committed to creating their own dominant global manu- faeturlng network.
