摘　　要：阐述了山东能源新汶矿业集团协庄煤矿创建实施能源管理体系,明确并评价煤炭企业能耗,继而从重点耗能设备和重点工序进行节能挖潜的具体实践。This paper describes the Shandong Energy Xinwen Mining Group Xiezhuang to create the implementation of energy management system, identify and evaluate the energy consumption of coal enterprises, then concretely carry out the practice of energy saving potential from key energy-consuming equipment and key processes.
