摘 要:职业认同作为一种内在激励因素,不仅直接影响导游的情感体验及职业生涯发展,也与导游队伍的素质与水平、凝聚力与向心力有着密不可分的联系。采用定性研究和定量研究相结合的方法,对导游职业认同影响因素进行了系统研究。通过对与一线优秀导游访谈获取原始资料的扎根理论编码分析,抽取28个基本概念、7个范畴和3个核心类属,并据此编制了初步量表。实证分析结果表明,导游职业认同影响因素呈现由职业特征、个体因素、外部支持、工作认可和组织环境构成的五维度结构。As an intrinsic motivator, professional identity not only directly affects tourist guides' emotional experience and their career development, but also is inextricably related with the overall quality, solidarity and moral of the entire tourist guide team. The paper carries out a systematic study of the factors affecting tourist guides' professional identity with both qualitative and quantitative analyses. Based on our analysis of the data collected through interviews with forefront excellent tourist guides we summed up 28 basic concepts, 7 areas and 3 core classes and accordingly prepared a preliminary scale through grounded theory coding analysis. The empirical analysis suggests that determinants of tourist guides' professional identity consist of five dimensions including occupational characteristics, individual factors, external support, professional recognition and organizational environment.
