摘　　要：KDN-8000型制氮设备在冷开车时,精馏塔塔板阻力发生波动,影响到制氮设备的安全运行。经过多次阀门开度调节、减量调试,最后采用多次排液和稳定液位的方法,使塔板阻力逐渐稳定并达到正常值。重点阐述了精馏塔塔板阻力波动的原因及预防措施。At cold start of Model KDN-8000 nitrogen generation equipment, the tray resistance of rectification tower fluctuates, which impairs safe run of the nitrogen generation equipment. Through analysis and finding out cases after several adjustments of valve opening and decrement debugging, finally a method of several times of drain and stabilizing the liquid level is obtained, which gradually stabilizes the tray resistance until reaching the normal value. Here, the causes for fluctuation of tray resistance of rectification tower and the preventive measures are detailed.
