摘　　要：十年来,以胡锦涛为代表的中国共产党人非常注重党自身理论的建设,自觉进行理论创新,提出了加强"党的执政能力建设""党的先进性建设"理论和提高"党的建设科学化"理论等。这是执政党自身建设理论的新发展,是党不断走向理论成熟的标志。Over the past ten years, HU Jintao as a representative of the Chinese Communist Party attaches great importance to Party building theory, conscientiously carries out theoretical innovation,puts forward to strengthen ＂ the Construction of the party＇s governing ability＂,＂ the progressiveness theory of the Party Construction ＂ and enhances＂ the theory＂ of the Party＇s Sci- entific building ＂. This is the new theory of the governing partys self--construction, and this is a constant theory maturity of the party.
