摘　　要：社会主义廉洁文化和社会管理都是中国特色社会主义事业的重要组成部分。社会主义廉洁文化建设的目标是营造"廉荣贪耻"的社会氛围,社会组织建设的目标是为社会成员提供更多的社会服务和产品。在加强社会组织建设中,充分发挥社会主义廉洁文化的教化和导向功能,对于促进社会组织科学发展、提升社会组织成员社会责任意识、推动社会组织管理体制改革具有重要作用。As the important strength to strengthen and innovate social management, social organizations give full play to socialist honest and clean culture＇s enlightenment and guidance function in enhancing organization construction, and play an im- portant role to promote the scientific development of social organizations, social members＇ social responsibility consciousness, and management system reform of social organizations.
